Refund and Returns Policy

At Colossal Protective Equipment, we’re committed to delivering high-quality PPE and workwear that’s new, undamaged, and meets your order specifications.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • No returns will be accepted on orders above R20,000.

  • A 30% handling fee applies to all approved cancellations or refunds.

  • Sizing-related returns will not be accepted, especially for Conti Suits. Sizing is clearly stated on product pages — please double-check before ordering.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Do not use the product.

  2. Contact us with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

  3. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or repair — at our discretion.

Please note: Items showing signs of misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling may not be eligible for return. Additional courier charges may apply in such cases.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at sales@colossalprotectiveequipment.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely to prevent transit damage.

  3. Ship it back to the address we provide.

  4. Customers are responsible for return courier costs.

  5. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 working days to your original payment method.

  • We are not liable for damage or loss during return shipping.

  • Returns not meeting the above criteria will not be processed.
